What type of exam do I need?

We offer several types of eye exams depending on your concerns and symptoms.
If you’re unsure which exam is appropriate, please review our Eye Exams page or contact our office for guidance.

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with many vision and medical insurance plans, but coverage varies by plan and service.
Please review our Insurance & Payments page for details, including out-of-network options.

Are Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD) evaluations covered by vision insurance?

BVD evaluations are specialized medical evaluations and are not billed to routine vision plans.
Some medical insurance plans may offer out-of-network benefits that patients can submit for reimbursement.

Why is a deposit required for some appointments?

Certain appointments require extended doctor time and preparation.
A deposit helps reserve this time and is applied according to our cancellation and no-show policies, which are outlined on our Policies page.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Cancellation and rescheduling timelines vary by appointment type.

Please review our Policies page for full details.

When will I receive my intake forms?

For BVD evaluations, intake forms are sent securely after scheduling and must be completed before your visit.
Appointments are not fully confirmed until required forms are completed.
